1. Place 1–2 Nuvelitas™ into your wax warmer dish.

2. Turn on your wax warmer (electric or tealight).

3. Allow the wax to slowly melt and release its fragrance into your space.

4. When the scent fades, let the wax cool, then gently remove before adding new Nuvelitas™.

Tip: Start with one piece for smaller rooms and two for a stronger scent throw. For a faster, stronger scent, use 3 pieces at a time.

We accept returns for unused and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Candles must be in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

We’re happy to offer exchanges if your candle arrives damaged or defective. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work to send a replacement as quickly as possible.
