Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, we will do our best to assist. However, a cancellation request does not guarantee we can retrieve an order that’s already processed. Please email us promptly with your order number or name on the order to attempt cancellation. If we are unable to cancel and the order ships, you may refuse the package upon delivery. In this case, you will still be responsible for shipping charges, and store credit will be issued for the returned merchandise.

Returns

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns for opened consumable items, including fragrances, candles, waxes, and other scented products. If a product is unopened and returned within 30 days of purchase, we typically accept returns (e.g., unlit candles or sealed wax bags). We recommend trying sample sizes (when available) before purchasing larger quantities.

All returned items must be in good, unused condition. Items that do not meet these criteria may be rejected. Upon receiving and inspecting a qualifying return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please reach out to us. We offer replacements or refunds for damaged items, including broken candles or other products.
