For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns for any opened consumable items, including fragrances, candles, waxes, and other scented products. This ensures that all products are safe, sanitary, and unaltered for our customers.

Refundable Items

We accept returns for products that are unopened and within 30 days of purchase. This includes items such as unlit candles or sealed wax bags. To help you choose the right products, we recommend ordering sample sizes (when available) before purchasing larger quantities.

Conditions For Return

All returned items must be in good, unused, and resalable condition. Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
