    We currently accept Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Venmo, and offline payment.
  • How can I contact customer service?
    You can reach us via email or social media for any inquiries, cancellations, or issues with your subscription.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    Orders are shipped between the 1st and 5th of each month. You’ll receive a notification when your candles are on the way.
  • Can I cancel my subscription?
    Yes, you can cancel anytime by contacting us at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellations after that will apply to the following month.
  • Can I pause my subscription?
    Yes, you can pause your subscription for one month. After the pause, your subscription will automatically resume.
  • Do you charge for shipping?
    Shipping is free for Premium Plan subscribers and for orders over $50 before tax. If you’re subscribed to our Essential or Deluxe Plans, shipping costs may vary depending on your location.
  • Can I change my plan?
    You can upgrade or downgrade your plan by contacting us at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. Changes will take effect in the next cycle.
  • When will I be billed?
    Your subscription is billed on the day you sign up and will auto-renew monthly. Make sure your payment method is updated to avoid delays in shipping.
  • How do I sign up for a subscription?
    You can subscribe by contacting us directly. We accept payments through Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Venmo, and offline payments.
  • Can I choose my scents each month?
    For the Essential and Deluxe plans, we offer a curated selection of scents each month. Premium Plan subscribers may receive exclusive or limited-edition scents. You’ll have the option to choose from available scents for certain plans.
  • What are the subscription plans available?
    We offer three plans: • Essential Plan: $20/month for 1 candle. • Deluxe Plan: $35/month for 2 candles. • Premium Plan: $50/month for 3 candles, free shipping, and 10% off extra purchases.
  • Do you charge for shipping?
    Shipping is free for Premium Plan subscribers. For Essential, Deluxe Plans, and regular orders, shipping fees may apply based on your location and your order sub-total amount.
  • What if my candle arrives damaged?
    If a candle arrives damaged, contact us within five (5) days of receiving it. We’ll replace the candle or issue a store credit.
